This coffee forms part of the Operation Cherry Red Crop.
Dried in the sun on raised racks with their outer skins still intact, the coffee developes unique fruity flavours. In this case rounded aromatic soft fruit, Strawberry and Raspberry ripeness with a chocolaty finish.

Operation Cherry Red is a Dutch ten year investment project. Roasters are offered select lots of excellence at an inflated price. The extra funds payed are directly invested into better processing equipment and drying beds. The project is about developing a future for coffee farmers.
